Fiesta is a provincially approved weed control that works very well at controlling weeds, all sorts of weeds. Its only side effect is that the grass loves it! It makes grass around it greener.
It is applied as a spot treatment and it won't hurt the lawn.
Fiesta like other Iron products takes 3-7 days to work provided conditions are optimum. Weeds must be actively growing in order to kill them. Some weeds may show immediate signs of kill, others take awhile.
In our personal trials it killed the weeds it was sprayed onto in 3-4 days, turning them black.
Fiesta does not persist in the soil. It will not have residual killing ability. It kills what it touches when applied. Repeat applications may be required based on environmental conditions. Please see our guarantee covering Fiesta.
Fiesta appears to work BEST on lawns which are cut at right height (3-3.5") and watered. Less than desirable affects have been noted on short dry lawns. It is also important not to mow right before or after Fiesta is applied.
We have found that it works best on dry weeds. Due to cost we will only apply this during perfect conditions.

Be advised our guarantee regarding Fiesta Weed Control is as follows: (this product is 20x more expensive than old style products.)
We are limiting the amount and number of free resprays with this product to two(2) for program clients and all resprays for single visit clients are chargeable based on a cost recovery basis.( Time and Materials)
This guarantee may be altered by management based on special circumstances
Single visits of FIESTA will not be guaranteed, research has shown that multiple applications are needed to achieve results
Why Sarritor Does not work!
We do not use Sarritor!
In 2009 we found that our competition who bought into this product and swore that it would triumph over the ban on weed control failed miserably.
Sarritor needs perfect conditions to be effective. (see study by University of Guelph staff P. Charbonneau)
It has to be the right temperature and soil moisture!
It has to be a lawn that is undisturbed for at least 2 weeks, that means no kids, no pets, no mowing - all those can effect it.
Show us a lawn that has all these things, anyone?? anyone??
We do not use Sarritor!
Our products work by simply spraying it onto the weeds. The are provincially approved and they work. They do not rely on "perfect lawn conditions" and they are safe for your pets and kids to be on.
Please ask us why you should switch to us and stop using Sarritor, unless you like paying for products that simply don't work!
